What Custom Magnets Can We Offer?
We offer a full range of customized magnets in roll lengths up to 600 meters, (1968ft) depending on width and thickness. Roll width can vary from fine slitted narrow rolls to up to 1003mm. (39.5inches) Roll thicknesses can be made from 0.2mm (.008") up to 2mm (.080") depending on magnetic sheeting width. In addition to our standard laminates, we can custom apply your laminates to flexible magnetic sheeting, or special design laminate styles to meet your needs. We will cooperate with you to find the right solution for your special lamination requests. We are able to extrude flexible magnetic profile strips in thicknesses ranging from 1.5mm to 12.7mm in widths ranging from 2 mm to 50mm. We can magnetize multipoles on one side, multipoles on both sides, and single poles on both sides or provide un-magnetized material. We provide standard strength (Isotropic grade) and high strength (Anisotropic grade) material. For business magnet products such as printable magnet paper, JASDI will work with you to find the best solution for your customized magnet requirements.
